Stop Services. In addition to its other remedies described herein, DNR shall have the right at any time during the Contract term to direct the services of Contractor fully or partially suspended or stopped, if the Deliverables fail to conform to applicable specifications and requirements in this Contract. DNR shall give Contractor written notice of a stop work directive. DNR shall provide to Contractor the reasons for the stop work directive.
