Common use of Stop Work Order Clause in Contracts

Stop Work Order. The Department may suspend any or all activities under this Agreement at any time. The Department will provide the Grantee with a written stop work order detailing the suspension. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ must comply with the stop work order upon receipt.
