STOPWORK MEETINGS. 37.1 Subject to 37.2, 37.3, 37.4 and 37.5 the employer shall allow every employee covered by this agreement who has nominated TIASA as their bargaining agent to attend, on ordinary pay, (a maximum of 4 group meetings for a total of up to 4 hours) with ▇▇▇▇▇ in each year.
