Common use of Storage and Distribution Clause in Contracts

Storage and Distribution. The Product (including the Samples) will be Packaged and supplied by AstraZeneca in accordance with the requirements set out in Schedule Y (Quality Assurance Agreement), the Regulatory Approvals and all applicable Laws. Prometheus shall not repackage or in any way alter the packaging of the Product without the prior written consent of AstraZeneca. Prometheus will store, handle and transport the Product in compliance with the requirements set out in Schedule Y (Quality Assurance Agreement), the Regulatory Approvals and all applicable Laws.
