Storage Areas. Licensor shall make secure, sanitary and temperature- controlled storage space of approximately three thousand (3,000) square feet available to Licensee year-round at no additional cost to Licensee. Licensee shall have the right to reasonably access such storage space at reasonable times throughout the year, so long as such access does not interfere with any non-UNLV Event then taking place on the Premises. Licensee’s use of such storage space shall be subject to Licensor Regulations and shall in no event be used for the storage of food, beverages or flammable materials.
