Common use of Storage Capacity and backup Clause in Contracts

Storage Capacity and backup. (1) ITSL will provide Initial Storage Capacity as set out in the Contract. Additional capacity is automatically made available as needed (in steps of 1 GB), at a specified fee specified in the Order Form. (2) ITSL will secure a backup from the machines every night. Up to three versions of each file may be stored. File recovery is performed at a standard hourly rate for consultant services specified in the Order Form.
