Common use of Storage Capacity Clause in Contracts

Storage Capacity. 1. The Storage Operator undertakes to provide firm storage capacity to the Storage User with the following parameters: Storage period WGV [MWh] IR [MWh/day] WR [MWh/day] Price [CZK/MWh/y] where WGV Working gas volume IR Maximum injection capacity WR Maximum withdrawal capacity These values will be adjusted using the procedure laid down in Article III., Paragraph 2. 2. The Contracting Parties acknowledge that the storage capacity (working gas volume, withdrawal and injection rates) stated in Paragraph 1. of this Article are booked values according to the auction result and will be proportionally reduced depending on the volume of storage capacity fixed using the storage capacity fixation process for each storage year laid down in Section A.2 of the Auction Terms and Conditions. For clarification purposes, the final value of storage capacity parameters for each storage year as per this Contract shall be confirmed without undue delay to the Storage User by the Storage Operator by means of an e-mail notice sent to the address under which the Storage User is registered in the Storage Operator's Auction System, or as per different arrangement.
