STORAGE CHARGE Clause Samples

The STORAGE CHARGE clause defines the fees that will be incurred for storing goods or materials beyond an agreed-upon period. Typically, this clause specifies the rate of storage charges, the conditions under which they apply, and the calculation method, such as daily or monthly rates for items left in a warehouse after delivery or pickup deadlines. Its core function is to allocate costs associated with extended storage, incentivizing timely removal of goods and compensating the storage provider for additional use of their facilities.
