You agree that Valley Fiber has no obligation, responsibility or liability for the storage, deletion, or failure to store any of the aforementioned information. You agree that Valley Fiber may establish limits, at its sole discretion, as to the amount of message, information, and recordings it retains and the during for which it is retained.
