Common use of Storage of Records Clause in Contracts

Storage of Records. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is authorized to maintain all accounts, registers, corporate books and other documents on magnetic tape or disc, or on any other mechanical or electronic system; provided that they are capable of being reproduced in legible form in accordance with Applicable Law. All such records for the Funds are the property of the Customer. If requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide a copy of any and all such records to the Customer.
