Storage of the Products Clause Samples

The 'Storage of the Products' clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to how products must be stored before delivery or during the term of an agreement. It typically outlines conditions such as temperature, humidity, security, and handling procedures to ensure the products remain in good condition and comply with regulatory standards. By specifying these storage obligations, the clause helps prevent product damage or spoilage, thereby protecting both parties' interests and ensuring product quality is maintained until transfer or use.
