STORAGE OF THE STEM CELLS. 8.1 Netcells shall Store the Stem Cells according to set requirements as contained in Netcells Cord Blood and/or Cord Tissue Specification Sheets for the Storage Period. 8.2 Netcells undertakes to contact the Client 40 (forty) to 60 (sixty) days prior to the expiration of the Storage Period, and the Client will have the option to elect to:- 8.2.1 continue Storing the Stem Cells, in which case Netcells shall invoice the Client for the storage thereof at its then current rates, which will be market related; or 8.2.2 terminate this Agreement in accordance with Clause 14.3.
