Common use of Storage, Packaging and Shipping Container Clause in Contracts

Storage, Packaging and Shipping Container. (i) Pursuant to the terms of this MSA and any applicable PSA, SBL shall store the Products Manufactured hereunder. (ii) SBL shall store, package, label and prepare shipment according to the Specifications for the Product Manufactured hereunder, the applicable QAG and the SOPs, and using storage and/or shipping containers determined in the applicable PSA. (iii) If Client does not direct SBL to prepare Manufactured Product to be picked up by Client or Client’s designated carrier with a pick-up date within [***] calendar days after Client’s receipt of the Batch Related Documents (the “Pickup Date”), SBL shall store the Product at the Warehouse, subject to the availability of space and storage conditions, and Client shall pay storage fees to SBL as set forth in Section 9.1 for the period of storage at the Warehouse commencing on the Pickup Date until the actual delivery date. SBL shall be responsible for [***] of Manufactured Product during [***].

(ii) SBL shall store, package, label and prepare shipment according to the Specifications for the Product Manufactured hereunder, the applicable QAG and the SOPs, and using storage and/or shipping containers determined in the applicable PSA.
