Common use of Storage Term Clause in Contracts

Storage Term. September 1- August 31. Customer or AVM may terminate this agreement at any time. There is no proration of storage fees nor return given of prorated storage fees. It is understood that if this agreement is canceled after boat is put away in storage, it may not be accessible until spring due to weather/ground thaw and/or racking logistics.
