Common use of Storage Term Clause in Contracts

Storage Term. The Storage Term (defined in Section 1 of the Seventh Amendment and as amended in the Eighth Amendment and Ninth Amendment) is hereby extended by an additional twelve (12) months (“Third Extended Storage Term”) commencing on November 1, 2023 and ending on October 31, 2024.
