Provide a standard bubble map, as part of the plans, showing locations of numbered points, and a table with point number, northing and easting coordinates, description, and BL station for each point, for the following:  all platted control irons (set or not), including plat boundary irons, for the entire sub-division, not just the current phase  benchmarks, including TBM set with preliminary survey  center of inside face on Type 1/1A curb inlets; center of high edge on Type 2 curb inlets  for skewed inlets typically in intersection radii, or not parallel to baseline – center of curb inlet AND center of inside face on Type 1/1A curb inlets; center of high edge on Type 2 curb inlets  end of end section, at CL of pipe  center, end of pipe at outside face of headwall; if headwall not perpendicular to pipe, each corner of headwall at outside face  center of all drop inlets, manholes, and other structures  center of RCBC at each end (outside face of hubguard); if box rotated, each corner, outside face
