Common use of Stormwater Controls Clause in Contracts

Stormwater Controls. Developer will prepare and implement a stormwater pollution prevention plan in compliance with the TCEQ’s Texas Pollution Discharge Elimination System stormwater general permit for construction-related stormwater discharges. Owner will comply with the applicable Water Quality Controls as outlined in 2.2.8.
