Common use of Strainwise Representations and Warranties and Covenants Clause in Contracts

Strainwise Representations and Warranties and Covenants. In connection with this Agreement and any SOW, Strainwise represents and warrants and covenants that: i. It is ready, willing and able to perform, and will perform, the Services in accordance with this Agreement and any SOW; and ii. It shall comply with any disclosure or information requests, including but not limited to background checks, that are required by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico of third parties such as Strainwise in connection with the Program; and iii. Strainwise understands the nature of the Services, and Strainwise has determined that the Services are feasible of performance in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any relevant SOW; and
