Street Deletions. CITY may require some City Streets to be temporarily or 20 permanently removed from the list of scheduled streets for which CONTRACTOR provides 21 Street Sweeping Service under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall immediately cease 22 providing Street Sweeping Service to any City Street upon receipt of notice from the City 23 Representative to stop such service. When a City Street has been temporarily removed from the 24 list of scheduled streets, CONTRACTOR shall resume Street Sweeping Service on such street 25 in the next regularly scheduled cycle following notification from the City Representative to 26 resume service.

When a CITY street has been temporarily removed 3 from the list of scheduled streets, CONTRACTOR shall resume street 4 sweeping service on such street in the next regularly scheduled cycle 5 following notification from the City Manager that normal street conditions 6 exist in order to resume service.
Street Deletions. TOWN may require some Town Streets to be 1686 temporarily or permanently removed from the list of scheduled streets for which CONTRACTOR 1687 provides Street Sweeping Service under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall immediately 1688 cease providing Street Sweeping Service to any Town Street upon receipt of written notice from 1689 the Town Representative to stop such service. When a Town Street has been temporarily 1690 removed from the list of scheduled streets, CONTRACTOR shall resume Street Sweeping 1691 Service on such street in the next regularly scheduled cycle following the receipt of written 1692 notice from the Town Representative to resume service.
Street Deletions. 18 CITY may require some Residential Streets to be temporarily or 19 permanently removed from the list of scheduled streets for which CONTRACTOR 20 provides RSS Service under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall immediately 21 cease providing RSS Service to any Residential Street upon receipt of notice 22 from the City Representative to stop such service. CONTRACTOR shall be 23 compensated for the Curb Miles for Residential Streets removed from the list of 24 scheduled streets in accordance with the partial month service provisions of 25 Section 19.3.3. When a Residential Street has been temporarily removed from 26 the list of scheduled streets, CONTRACTOR shall resume RSS Service on such 27 street in the next regularly scheduled cycle following notification from the City 28 Representative to resume service.

  • Changes to Specifications All Specifications and any changes thereto agreed to by the parties from time to time shall be in writing, dated and signed by the parties. Any change to the Process shall be deemed a Specification change. No change in the Specifications shall be implemented by Catalent, whether requested by Client or requested or required by any Regulatory Authority, until the parties have agreed in writing to such change, the implementation date of such change, and any increase or decrease in costs, expenses or fees associated with such change (including any change to Unit Pricing). Catalent shall respond promptly to any request made by Client for a change in the Specifications, and both parties shall use commercially reasonable, good faith efforts to agree to the terms of such change in a timely manner. As soon as possible after a request is made for any change in Specifications, Catalent shall notify Client of the costs associated with such change and shall provide such supporting documentation as Client may reasonably require. Client shall pay all costs associated with such agreed upon changes. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Specifications, this Agreement shall control. Catalent reserves the right to postpone effecting changes to the Specifications until such time as the parties agree to and execute the required written amendment.

  • ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS The author of this document has added information needed for its completion. The author may also have revised the text of the original AIA standard form. An Additions and Deletions Report that notes added information as well as revisions to the standard form text is available from the author and should be reviewed. A vertical line in the left margin of this document indicates where the author has added necessary information and where the author has added to or deleted from the original AIA text. This document has important legal consequences. Consultation with an attorney is encouraged with respect to its completion or modification.

  • Deletions 8.3.1 Following the Initial Support Term Customer may remove Equipment and Software from a Support Plan by providing Kodak written notice, in which case the removal shall be effective 90 days following the end of the month of notification and the Service Fee adjusted accordingly. In the event the Software is covered under a Support Plan there will be no refund or credit of pre-paid fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should Customer finance a pre- paid Support Plan through a financing company, Customer shall be required to secure approval from the financing company prior to any deletion. 8.3.2 Kodak may remove Equipment and Software from a Support Plan by providing Customer written notice, in which case the removal shall be effective ninety (90) days following the end of the month of notification and the Service Fee adjusted accordingly.

  • Amendments - Changes/Extra Work The Subrecipient shall make no changes to this Contract without the County’s written consent. In the event that there are new or unforeseen requirements, the County has the discretion with the Subrecipient’s concurrence, to make changes at any time without changing the scope or price of the Contract.‌ If County-initiated changes or changes in laws or government regulations affect price, the Subrecipient’s ability to deliver services, or the project schedule, the Subrecipient will give County written notice no later ten (10) days from the date the law or regulation went into effect or the date the change was proposed and Subrecipient was notified of the change. Such changes shall be agreed to in writing and incorporated into a Contract amendment. Said amendment shall be issued by the County-assigned Contract Administrator, shall require the mutual consent of all Parties, and may be subject to approval by the County Board of Supervisors. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Subrecipient from proceeding with the work as originally set forth or as previously amended in this Contract.

  • Amendments to Exhibits Exhibits A and B may be amended by Company in its sole discretion from time to time, without prior notice, to delete or add Contracts. The provisions of this Agreement shall apply to such Exhibits, as they may from time to time be amended, unless the context otherwise requires. In addition, the Compensation Schedules that are part of Exhibits A and B may be amended, modified and/or replaced by Company in its sole discretion, from time to time, without prior notice.
