Common use of Streets and Utilities Clause in Contracts

Streets and Utilities. Borrower shall have furnished --------------------- evidence satisfactory to Lender that (a) all utility services necessary for the construction of the Project and the operation thereof for its intended purposes are available at the boundaries of the Premises and in adequate supply at the boundaries of the Premises and (b) the Project has lawful, adequate, unobstructed, and unimpaired access to public streets.
