Common use of Streets and Utilities Clause in Contracts

Streets and Utilities. All utility services necessary --------------------- for the construction of the Project and the operation thereof for its intended purposes are available at the boundaries of the Premises, including water supply, fire protection, storm and sanitary sewer, gas, electricity, and telephone facilities. The Project has lawful, adequate, unobstructed, and unimpaired access to public streets.
