Common use of Streetscape Improvements Clause in Contracts

Streetscape Improvements. (1) The Developer shall design and construct the Streetscape Improvements as described more particularly on Exhibit E or similar improvements, all such improvements to be approved by the City Plan Commission in connection with the Site Plan Review of the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parcel. (2) In accordance with its standard obligations, the City agrees to maintain, repair and replace the Streetscape Improvements as approved by the City Plan Commission as part of its Site Plan Review. The Developer will grant the City such access to the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parcel as may be reasonably required to maintain, repair and replace such Streetscape Improvements.
