STRIKES OR WORK STOPPAGES. The members of the Association covered by this agreement, in the event of a strike or work stoppage by other groups of district employees, will consider themselves on duty for the purpose of carrying out board policy and insuring the safety of personnel and property. In no event will the compensation for Association members be halted or suspended due to strikes or work stoppages of other district employees.
