Structural Design. Consultant shall develop a 30% structural design based upon previous reports and their own assessment. Design shall incorporated seismic retrofitting, concrete and reinforcement repair, crack repair, material design, types and strengths, coating requirements, and anchoring. Access, including outlet box, stairways, bridges, ladders, grating, and walkways shall be included as part of the structural design.
