Structural Engineering Certification Sample Clauses

The Structural Engineering Certification clause requires a qualified structural engineer to formally verify that a building or structure meets all relevant safety and design standards. In practice, this means the engineer must inspect the completed work, review design documents, and issue a written certification confirming compliance with applicable codes and regulations. This clause ensures that the structural integrity of the project is independently validated, thereby protecting stakeholders from potential safety risks and legal liabilities.
