Structure Access Clause Samples

The STRUCTURE; ACCESS clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding the physical structure of a property and the ability to enter or use certain areas. Typically, this clause outlines which party is responsible for maintaining structural elements such as walls, roofs, or foundations, and specifies who may access shared or restricted spaces, such as hallways, utility rooms, or service areas. Its core function is to prevent disputes by clearly delineating maintenance duties and access rights, ensuring both parties understand their obligations and privileges related to the property’s structure and entry points.
