Structure Chart. In the event any Borrower forms an Alternative Investment Vehicle, Parallel Investment Vehicle or Qualified Borrower, the Borrowers shall deliver an updated Schedule III depicting the updated fund structure of the Borrowers promptly after the formation thereof.
