Common use of STT GDC PTE Clause in Contracts

STT GDC PTE. LTD., a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore whose registered office is situate at ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ #▇▇-▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (together with PERFECT SUCCESS LIMITED, the “Investors”). Reference is hereby made to that certain Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated [*], 2015, by and between the Company and the Investors. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement. THE UNDERSIGNED hereby undertakes that he shall indemnify and hold the Investors harmless against any and all Indemnifiable Losses (as defined below) related to, resulting from, or arising in connection with any failure to complete all necessary filings and registration with the State Administration of Foreign Exchange or its local counterpart as required under the PRC law.
