Common use of STUDENT ACCESS Clause in Contracts

STUDENT ACCESS. Students shall be admitted into the building at a time set by the building administrator. Employees shall not have a direct responsibility for students in the building prior to the Employees’ assigned time responsibility. Each employee may permit students in his/her room prior to his/her assigned time responsibility and will be directly responsible for the students and the contents of such room. If an employee wishes, he/she may secure his/her room when it is not in use. The room may be opened at night and secured by the custodial staff before the students arrive in the morning.

If an employee Officer wishes, he/she may secure his/her room when it is not in use. The room may be opened at night and secured by the custodial staff before the students arrive in the morning.
