Student Complaints. A. For students who have concerns about course content, delivery, or grading of courses, the student’s first point of contact is the instructor of the course. If student’s concerns remain following contact with the instructor, the student follows the process in the student handbook of the institution delivering the course. B. Dual-enrolled students should follow the process specified in the student handbook of the relevant institution for all other issues other than course content and delivery. C.
