Student is Continuing Enrollment at OSU-Cascades Clause Samples

This clause establishes that the student remains actively enrolled at OSU-Cascades. It typically applies to situations where a student's ongoing status at the university is relevant to the agreement, such as eligibility for certain programs, services, or benefits. By confirming continued enrollment, the clause ensures that only current students are covered, thereby preventing misunderstandings or misuse by individuals who are no longer affiliated with the institution.
