Student Not Present. 1. Classroom Paraprofessionals will be allowed to work up to five (5) days per year, not to be consecutive, if their student is absent. Administration will assign duties as needed during those five (5) days. If there is a school delay, classroom Paraprofessionals will not report and will not be paid until students are present. 2. Health Care Paraprofessionals will not work when their student is not in school, with the exception of the five (5) non-consecutive days. If the Paraprofessional knows the preceding day that his/her student will not be in school the next day, the Paraprofessional is not to report to work unless approved by the Administration under the five (5) day allowance. Once the five (5) days is exhausted, if upon reporting to work thereby expecting the student to attend school that day and the student does not attend, the Health Care Paraprofessional will be paid a minimum of one (1) hour of pay. 3. When the student absent days are exhausted, paraprofessionals may access any unused personal days. 4. Neither the Classroom Paraprofessional nor the Health Care Paraprofessional is to work in any capacity other than his/her specified duties unless assigned by Administration during the five (5) days.

Health Care Aides will not work when their student is not in school. If the aide knows the proceeding day their student will not be in school the next day, they are not to report to work. If upon reporting to work thereby expecting the student to attend school that day, and the student does not attend, the Health Care Aide will be paid a minimum of one hour of pay. 3. Neither the Classroom Aide nor the Health Care Aide is to work in any capacity other than their specified duties.
Student Not Present. 1. Paraprofessionals may report when their assigned student is absent. Every attempt will be made by the supervisor to assign paraprofessionals duties for that day similar to their everyday specified duties. Classroom Paraprofessionals assigned to ECSE or GSRP will report only on days when classroom students are in attendance. However, the principal may allow up to seven (7) additional days per year per paraprofessional to attend professional development or provide assistance to the classroom teacher.

  • Originating Goods For the purposes of this Agreement, a good shall be treated as an originating good if it is: (a) wholly obtained or produced in a Party as provided in Article 3.3 (Goods Wholly Obtained or Produced); (b) produced in a Party exclusively from originating materials from one or more of the Parties; or (c) produced in a Party using non-originating materials, provided the good satisfies the applicable requirements set out in Annex 3A (Product-Specific Rules), and meets all other applicable requirements of this Chapter.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Student Services a. High school students in dual credit courses will be given access to the College library, accorded appropriate privileges, and have adequate library resources convenient for use at the site where the course is offered. b. High school students in dual credit courses will be provided the academic support services, including academic advising and counseling, as those on the college campus. c. Prior to the start of each academic year, the High School and College shall collaborate on the development and communication of procedures for the provision of accommodations for students with disabilities enrolled in Dual Credit courses (“Established Procedures”). High School and College shall provide disability services in accordance with Established Procedures and applicable law. d. If a student is enrolled simultaneously in College and in high school in a dual credit program, the two schools may share information regarding the student, in accordance with FERPA. e. All other services provided to regular Dallas College students will also be provided to high school students enrolled in dual credit courses in accordance with applicable law and Dallas College policies.

  • The Card You acknowledge and agree that the Card is a general purpose multicurrency reloadable prepaid card. The Card is neither a gift card (nor intended to be used for gifting purposes), a credit card, nor a deposit account debit card. The monetary value accessible through use of the Card is limited to the funds that you have previously loaded to the Card or that have been loaded to the Card on your behalf by CAPES or CNPQ. The Card is not and does not access an individual bank “account” for purposes of certain laws and regulations (including, but not limited to, Regulation E and Regulation DD of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). However, we may use the term “account” and related terms for convenience from time to time when communicating with you about the Card and transactions and inquiries made with the Card. You may access the funds loaded to the Card and perform Card transactions only as described in this Agreement. You cannot link the Card to any deposit or credit account that you may have with us or with any other financial institution, except as provided in this Agreement. You may not obtain or write checks or drafts to access Card funds. You will not receive any interest on funds loaded to the Card. In our sole discretion we may refuse to issue a Card to anyone for any reason. Your Card cannot be redeemed for cash. We may provide you with a non-personalized temporary Card for immediate use pending the delivery to you of a personalized Card bearing your name. The transactions and uses described in this Agreement are generally available for the temporary Card. However, because your name will not appear on the front of the temporary Card, merchants who require identity verification may be unwilling to accept a temporary Card. Notwithstanding any expiration date that may appear on the temporary Card, the temporary Card will no longer be valid for use upon the earlier of (i) 90 days after the issuance of the temporary Card or (ii) your activation of the personalized Card that is delivered to you. Upon activation of your personalized Card, any funds remaining on the temporary Card will be available on your personalized Card. By activating your personalized card you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of this product. Your Card may be loaded with funds in such currency or currencies as we may permit from time to time (each a “Card Currency”). If you use your Card in respect of a transaction in a Card Currency, the funds maintained on your Card in such Card Currency will be utilized for such transaction. If insufficient funds in such Card Currency exist on your Card, funds in other Card Currencies will be converted to the applicable transaction Card Currency in accordance with procedures outlined in Section 14 below. Transactions for which a currency is not referenced will be processed as a transaction in the default currency established for your Card (the “Default Card Currency”).
