Common use of Student Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Student Responsibility. 2.8.1. It is the interested student’s responsibility to ensure that they meet the requirements for admission to Phase I as specified in Sections 4.1, 4.2 and Section 4.3 and that they are properly enrolled in the Early Acceptance Program. 2.8.2. It is the enrolled student’s responsibility to ensure that they meet the requirements for admission to Phase II as specified in Sections 4.4 and 4.5. 2.8.3. Students should sign the Record Release Form (Addendum G). 2.8.4. University of Pittsburgh - Bradford students are responsible for submitting all forms, applications and letters specified in Section 2.8.5. Neither University of Pittsburgh - Bradford nor LECOM will consider incomplete applications.
