Student Work Clause Samples
The "Student Work" clause defines the ownership, use, and rights associated with work created by students, typically in the context of educational programs or internships. It clarifies whether the student, the educational institution, or a third party (such as a company sponsoring a project) holds intellectual property rights to materials, inventions, or projects developed during the course of study or participation. This clause is essential for preventing disputes over ownership and ensuring all parties understand how student-created work may be used, published, or commercialized.
