Students included within the agreement Sample Clauses
The "Students included within the agreement" clause defines which students are covered by the terms of the agreement. It typically specifies criteria such as enrollment status, program participation, or other eligibility requirements that determine who is considered a party to the agreement. For example, it may clarify whether only full-time students, students in a particular course, or all students at an institution are included. This clause ensures clarity about the scope of the agreement, preventing misunderstandings about who benefits from or is bound by its provisions.
