Common use of Students will Clause in Contracts

Students will. sign additional documents to this contract at the start of each academic year, but no later than October 15, regarding university conditions, criteria, and performance standards as approved by the Senate of „Valahia” University of Targoviste for the annual ranking of students on budgeted places, the amount and method of payment of tuition fees, as well as future university legislation or regulations. The addendum is an integral part of this study contract. 3.1. The rights and obligations of UVT 3.1.1. The rights of the University a) determines the terms and circumstances for students' registration, enrolment, education, interruption, expulsion, re-registration, and re-enrollment. b) oversees and maintains the student's compliance with the contractual duties accepted by this contract; c) oversees and monitors the student's compliance with his or her student responsibilities; d) designs and implements a system of knowledge evaluation, criteria, and performance requirements, as well as the required benchmarks for the advancement of studies. e) distributes students on budgeted seats, respectively tuition fee places, on a yearly basis based on the criteria and performance requirements established by the University Senate. f) establishes the amount of the tuition fee, how it is collected, payment deadlines, and various additional fees for services that are supplied to students on request, in accordance with the norms of the University Charter and University Regulations.
