Common use of Study Committees Clause in Contracts

Study Committees. Teachers shall participate in voluntary joint study committees with the Board and/or the Superintendent to discuss and make recommendations on matters of educational development. Participation by teachers shall not be related to or dependent on affiliation or non-affiliation with any teacher organization, nor should such teachers be considered as representing such an organization.
