Common use of Study Committees Clause in Contracts

Study Committees. The USD 393 Board of Education and Teachers Bargaining Unit (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇) agree to establish a study committee comprised of an equal number of 2 instructors from each building and Board members & administration to study the following mentioned issues during the current term and report their findings back to the respective bargaining units: Calendar Study Committee will meet annually along with other items of mutual agreement.
