Common use of Study Committees Clause in Contracts

Study Committees. The parties will establish an ad hoc committee as a work group of the LMC to discuss the feasibility of an alternative work schedule. The Committee shall hold its first meeting no later than August 1, 2012. Recommendations from the committee will be submitted to the Colonel within five months of the ad hoc committee’s first meeting.
