STUDY HALLS. All returning sophomores, juniors and seniors will begin the year with open campus privileges. • Ninth grade students will be scheduled into study hall/seminar for the first semester. • New students to CSN will be scheduled into a study hall for the first semester. • Returning students that failed to meet the requirements at the end of the previous academic school year will be scheduled into a structured study hall for the first quarter. • Any student completing a given quarter with a grade of C- or lower in any class will be scheduled into a structured study hall for the entire quarter that follows. • Any student placed in structured study hall after the start of a new quarter will remain in structured study hall for the balance of that quarter. • The use of electronics (i.e. phones), even with headphones, is not permitted in study hall. SATs may be taken with extended time by students with various documented disabilities if:
