Study Leave and Long-term Disability‌. 46.10.1 A Librarian may not apply for a Study Leave that will commence while the Librarian is on Long Term Disability or that will commence during any Return to Work Program under the Long Term Disability plan. 46.10.2 Subject to Article 46.10.3, where a Librarian returns to work from Long Term Disability with a reduced FTE during a return to work period under the Long Term Disability plan, the period worked will count as service toward Study Leave.
