Study Process. The Replacement Request will consist of an environmental study as set forth in Section 15.6.1 and may consist of three additional studies: (1) System impact study for the Replacement Request (Replacement Impact Study) as set forth in Section 15.6.2, (2) Reliability Assessment Study for the Replacement Request (Reliability Assessment) as set forth in Section 15.6.3, and (3) Facilities Study for the Replacement Request (Replacement Facilities Study) as set forth in Section 15.6.4.
