Common use of Study Results Clause in Contracts

Study Results. InNexus will provide to CORIXA reports of the results for each of the experiments or studies InNexus conducts as outlined in Exhibit B, such reports to be provided to CORIXA in a timely manner following the completion of each experiment or study. Any and all reports communicated to CORIXA by InNexus within the scope of this Agreement, may be freely used by CORIXA but only for its own internal purposes.
