Common use of Study Term Clause in Contracts

Study Term. This Statement of Work shall be effective upon the Effective Date and shall terminate on the earlier of: (i) one (1) year from the Effective Date, if there is no subject enrollment at Institution under this Statement of Work; or (ii) upon completion of the Study at Institution (the “Study Term”), unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.

Study Term. This Statement of Work shall be effective upon full execution by the parties (the “Effective Date Date”), and shall terminate on the earlier later of: (ia) one (1) year from the Effective Date, ; (b) the date of Study database lock if there is no subject enrollment at Institution under this Statement of WorkWork in the Study; or (iic) upon the date of completion of all of the Study at Institution obligations of the parties hereunder (the “Study Term”), unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of the AgreementMaster Agreement or this Statement of Work.
