Style and Specifications. i. The Union shall designate one representative to participate in the procurement process for new or replaced employer supplied uniforms. The uniform style, type, quality or colour may be subject to change, as determined by the employer in consultation with the Union. ii. Uniforms provided in accordance with this Article shall meet the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and all relevant legislation, where applicable.
