Common use of Sub Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Sub Common Stock. At the Effective Time, each share of Sub Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior thereto shall be converted into one share of common stock, $1.00 par value, of the Surviving Corporation.

Sub Common Stock. At Upon the Effective TimeTime (as defined herein), each outstanding share of Sub Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior thereto shall be converted into and thereafter evidence one (1) share of common stock, $1.00 .01 par valuevalue per share, of the Surviving Corporation.
