Common use of SUB-CONTRACTS Clause in Contracts

SUB-CONTRACTS. The employer agrees: 25.01 That it will incorporate as a term and condition of any sub-contract that the conditions of this Agreement shall be observed by any sub-contractor as though the same formed part of its Collective Agreement with the Union. 25.02 To have any such sub-contractor acknowledge in writing that he has notice of this Agreement and that he will abide by the Agreement and Schedules “A", "B" and "C". 25.03 For the purpose of this clause, "sub-contractor" shall mean any Contractor who performs work for the employer on the project site or as defined in Schedule "A".
