SUB-FUND NOTICE AND TRUST DEED DEFINITIONS. Subject to clause 1.6, unless defined in this Agreement, words and phrases defined in either or both of the Trust Deed and the Sub-Fund Notice have the same meaning in this Agreement. Where there is any inconsistency in a definition between this Agreement (on the one hand) and the Trust Deed or the Sub-Fund Notice (on the other hand), this Agreement prevails. Where there is any inconsistency in a definition between the Trust Deed and the Sub-Fund Notice, the Sub-Fund Notice prevails over the Trust Deed in respect of this Agreement. Subject to clause 1.6, where words or phrases used but not defined in this Agreement are defined in the Trust Deed in relation to a Fund such words or phrases are to be construed in this Agreement, where necessary, as being used only in relation to the PUMA Trust.
