Common use of SUB-LEASE Clause in Contracts

SUB-LEASE. Lessee shall not sub-lease, assign or SHARE the premises or any part thereof without the written consent of the Lessor/Agent.

SUB-LEASE. Lessee shall not sub-lease or transfer any interest under this lease, assign or SHARE sub-let the premises or any part thereof thereof, without the prior written consent of the Lessor/Agent, which consent will not be reasonably withheld.
