Common use of Sub-underwriting Clause in Contracts

Sub-underwriting. Without limiting the Underwriter’s liability under clause 2.1, the Underwriter may appoint sub-underwriters to sub-underwrite the Entitlement Issue, on such terms and conditions as the Underwriter determines.

Sub-underwriting. Without limiting Subject to the Underwriter’s liability under provisions of clause 2.18.12, the Underwriter Underwriters may appoint sub-underwrite their underwriting commitments in relation to the Rights Issue at their discretion, either through entities pertaining to their respective groups or third parties outside their respective groups. The Underwriters shall pay all fees, costs and expenses payable to sub-underwriters to sub-underwrite out of the Entitlement Issue, on such terms and conditions as the Underwriter determinesunderwriting commission provided for in clause 11.2.

Sub-underwriting. Without limiting The Underwriter may, subject to the Underwriter’s liability under clause 2.1provision of Clause 7.3, enter into sub- underwriting arrangement with sub-underwriter(s) or appoint any person to be sub-agent(s) on behalf of the Underwriter may appoint to arrange for the sub-underwriting of the Underwritten Shares with selected sub-underwriters to sub-underwrite the Entitlement Issue, on with such terms authority and conditions rights as the Underwriter determineshave pursuant to its appointment under Clause 6.1 to 6.3.
